From fine slurry to highly viscous liquid Not only the gear itself, but the bearing, shaft, and other sliding parts are also manufactured from ceramic. Therefore, the pumps in this series are free from trouble caused by galling or seizure, thus allowing the pump to be run safely even when operated at high speed. The pump can be used to transfer even highly viscous liquid or soft or hard slurry liquid consisting of fine sludge.
Free of galling and seizure Not only the gear itself, but the bearing, shaft, and other rubbing parts are also manufactured from ceramic. Therefore, the pumps in this series are free from trouble caused by galling or seizure, thus allowing the pump to be run safely even when operated at high speed.
Superior corrosion resistance The wetted parts or the parts in contact with liquid are constructed with corrosion-resistant components, making the pump ideal for use with various types of chemicals.
Pulsation-free and metering injection The pump discharges liquid precisely at all times regardless of changes in liquid temperature. When combined with an Iwaki pump control system, the pump can be used to inject liquid precisely without pulsation.
Leakage-free, sealless structure As is common with corrosion resistant pumps, this series uses the magnetic drive method, eliminating problems caused by liquid leakage.
