A speed control motor has been newly adopted. Variable speed control is achieved by connecting to a dedicated driver. This enables flexible discharge volume control.
• Operation of the V FLEX always requires a driver and connection cable (options).
Driver BMU series
By complying with European EN standards, CE marking is now available as standard.
Capable of ultra-high precision dosing at a micro discharge capacity. Simple adjustment of the discharge capacity per shot by changing the angle of the pump head.
Such as ceramics and PTFE resins are used on the main wetted surface, lending greater resistance when pumping acid, alkaline, organic solvents, and other liquids.
The unique valveless structure eliminates even if gas is mixed, it is discharged. Problems with the gas lock.
Because there are no suction/discharge valves, the pump is able to discharge directly into a vacuum (negative pressure) without the need for electromagnetic valves.
The unique valveless structure enables the smooth metering transfer of high viscous liquid.

• At a maximum head angle of 20°, the liquid volume per stroke is 0.17 mL for the V-05, 0.7 mL for the V-10, and 2.9 mL for the V-15.
• Allowable ambient temperature: 5–40°C (41–104°F)
• Allowable ambient humidity: 35–85% RH (non-condensing)
• Flush the pump head with clean water or an appropriate solvent after operating with crystallizing or adhesive liquids.

This is a driver for speed control motors that complies with CE standards. You can easily set the motor rotation speed using dial operation.
