Iwaki Japan hereby announces notice regarding two new companies which Iwaki Japan plans to establish: One wholly-owned subsidiary will be established by Iwaki Japan in Hong Kong. Another wholly-owned subsidiary will be established in mainland China by the aforementioned new Hong Kong subsidiary.

Iwaki China Group and it’s subsidiaries (including but not limited to Iwaki Pumps Co., Ltd., Iwaki Pumps (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and GFTZ IWAKI Engineering & Trading Co., Ltd. etc.) are the only enterprises which have the exclusive distributorship of Iwaki products in the Chinese market.

The purposes of incorporation of two new subsidiaries which Iwaki announced on June 15, 2016 are procurement and sales of China made Iwaki related products and parts for Iwaki Group Companies only.

Iwaki Japan will continue to distribute products to customers in the Chinese market through Iwaki China Group.
