Notice and Apology concerning Impact on Order Receiving and Shipment due to Renewal of the Core Business System

We would like to inform you that we have implemented renewal of our core business system on October 2, 2023. Due to system failures that have occurred since the new system went live, some order-receiving and shipment operations have been affected.
We sincerely apologize to our customers and other stakeholders for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently in the process of sequentially normalizing the system and expect to resolve all problems by November 20.
