The VMP series is a dispensing pump that combines the reliable Iwaki Hi-Cera pump and the original drive actuator from Zaxis in the United States.
Mounting a motor for angle adjustment enables automatic adjustment of the amount of one shot. Adjustment is possible without stopping the mass production line, contributing to yield improvement.
Capable of ultra-high precision dosing at a micro discharge capacity.
The unique valveless structure enables the smooth metering transfer of high viscous liquid.
Ceramics and PTFE resins are used on the wetted surface, lending greater resistance when pumping acid, alkaline, and other liquids.
This pump enables air to be automatically discharged from the outlet, thereby preventing problems with the airlock.
Because there are no suction / discharge valves, the pump is able to discharge directly into a vacuum (negative pressure) without the need for electromagnetic valves. Maintains a constant flow even if the suction / discharge pressure fluctuates.
